YOU, Inc., an affiliate of Seven Hills 91抖阴, is grateful for a generous grant in the amount of $25,000 from the to support Bilingual Capacity Expansion at the Behavioral Health Center in Worcester. These funds will support two key strategies that will assist our agency to address a critical shortage of bilingual clinicians and other behavioral health professionals in the city. Working with our higher education partners, we鈥檒l provide our current staff with comprehensive Spanish instruction tailored to meet the needs of healthcare workers. At the same time, we鈥檒l prioritize translation of key consumer-facing materials which are essential to support clear and comprehensive communication with those we serve. Taken together, these strategies will improve access to behavioral health services for vulnerable individuals and families in our community.
