For the third year in a row, the (MRC) has awarded Seven Hills Family Services with a grant award of $28,000 to continue our Creative Minds: Community Connections for People with Brain Injury program. Partnering with the and the , Creative Minds gives people with acquired brain injuries an outlet to be creative, meet new people, and learn about critical community resources. Participants visit and tour the museums while also getting the chance to create art that will be displayed publicly at the museums. Other community-based activities will also take place at locations such as the , , , and the . The ultimate goal of the program is to reach people with acquired brain injury living in the community who are not yet connected to services.
