The , has awarded Seven Hills Family Services with a generous $6,000 grant award towards the Just Us Girls program. Just Us Girls uses evidence-based curricula that are specifically designed for individuals with disabilities to explore important topics such as building healthy relationships, encouraging healthy behaviors and lifestyles, and promoting health and safety. These funds will have a tremendous impact on middle school aged girls with disabilities as they come together with typical peers to improve self-determination and social competence. We are so excited to have the continued partnership of DCU and the DCU for Kids 91¶¶Òõ as we work to support young girls with disabilities become strong and confident young women.
