Meet Nariyah, a Paraeducator at Crotched Mountain School

NariyaAWhen I first joined Seven Hills, I was really looking for a place where I could grow and feel supported and that’s exactly what I found. From day one, I felt like part of a team that truly cares about helping each other succeed. I’ve been encouraged to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and push myself in ways I didn’t expect. The support and guidance I’ve gotten here have made a huge difference in my confidence and career.

The best part, though, is the people I get to work with every day. Being able to make a positive impact on our clients’ lives is what keeps me motivated. Seeing their progress and knowing I played a small part in helping them reach their goals is incredibly rewarding. Seven Hills isn’t just where I work.  It’s a place that’s helped me grow, both personally and professionally, while doing something that truly matters.
