With more than 10,000 adults in the U.S. turning 65 every day, home health aide is becoming the third fastest growing profession nationally. Family Services of Central Massachusetts’ Caring for the Future Program provides professional development and training for people who are seeking to start a new career or hone their experiences in caring for our older population while they age in place. Family Services of Central Massachusetts would like to thank the for awarding this initiative with $5,000. These grant funds will assist Family Services of Central Massachusetts in creating a stable and robust workforce for people who want to age in their homes.
